The solution is simple.
Watch this video for a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Go to WhatsApp Cloud API in TeleCRM integrations
Step 2: Go to WACA Account Help Links and click on the third link that says 'Edit your WhatsApp business profile'.
Step 3: On Facebook click on the settings icon beside the phone number > click on profile and you can edit your profile from here
