It happens due to misconfiguration or mobile capability issues. The solution is really simple.
Steps:
- Make sure you have a decent phone/setup: (4 GB RAM, fast internet, and ram clear)
- Clear Config issues: clear data, clear cache
- Contact the chat support again: if the issue still does not get resolved!
